My cats groom themselves
Vain contortionist coiffeurs
Lick fur… Content purr

Both my cats hunt mice
Miniature jungle tigers
Keep still… Torture, kill

My cats sleep all day
Long symmetrical slumbers
Squashed tail… piercing wail

Both my cats climb trees
Lofty feline ascenders
Scots Pine… 999

My cats play with string
Junior Gladiators
Too fast…Elastoplast

Both my cats eat grass
In creep regurgitators
Retch, waul… kitchen towel

My cats have been ill
White coat investigators
Nothing found… £100
