- "Computer Aided Testing" enables the testing device to "see" the
circuit board under test, from the same level as the microprocessor,
enabling all processes to be controlled, viewed, and analyzed in-depth.
CAT technology can be used to analyze many different types of circuits
including program chips, ram chips etc.
- CATT (Computer Aided Test Tool), is a test tool in the "Advanced
Business Application Programming Workbench" package from a company
called SAP (Systems Analysis and Program Development). CATT allows a
developer to create test data and group and automate reusable test runs
for repetitive business transactions.
